When she founded Flammer Relations, Inc., Carol created a forward-thinking public relations and social media agency specializing in residential real estate throughout the Southeast. She is creator and publisher of Atlanta’s favorite real estate blog, AtlantaRealEstateForum, which has received numerous Internet marketing awards.

Over her almost 20-year career in public relations, Carol has established strong relationships with reporters who value her input as they report on real estate news. Carol is a winner of the Atlanta Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America’s prestigious George Goodwin Award. Her alma mater, Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, honored her commitment to “Make a life, Make a living, Make a Difference” with the 2008 Spirit of Oglethorpe Award.

Carol maintains membership in the Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association, the Urban Land Institute, Public Relations Society of America and the National Association of Real Estate Editors, as well as serving on the Board of the HBA’s Sales & Marketing Council as Education Chairman.
