Mitch Levinson is an Internet marketing expert with expertise in search engine optimization, Web site development, email marketing, social media and CRM consulting services. He is known for creating effective programs that can be tracked through analytics to prove effectiveness and ROI.
Mitch is founder and president of MLC New Home Marketing and MLC FlatFee Realty, as well as managing partner of mRELEVANCE, LLC, an Internet Marketing, Social Media and Public Relations firm with offices in Chicago and Atlanta.
A Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer who earned an MBA in Computer Information Systems and eCommerce, he brings a unique perspective and experience to the field of real estate communications. Mitch combines the two interests in order to help home builders and developers gain a competitive advantage through the Internet and technology.
Prior to establishing MLC New Home Marketing, Mitch was a top producer for MOVE.com, where he provided Internet and CRM solutions to help large national home builders sell homes more efficiently. Mitch has consulted with many national homebuilders including Beazer and Morrison. From 2003 to 2005, he led the CRM and Internet Marketing department for Technical Olympic, U.S.A., a publically traded company.
Known for guiding his students through interactive dialogue, Mitch encourages participants to “think like a search engine.” He has spoken at a number of tradeshows including the International Builders Show and the Southern Building Show. He speaks frequently to Sales and Marketing Councils and teaches Internet marketing seminars at home builders associations.
Mitch is an active broker in Illinois and Georgia and a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, Northern Illinois Home Builders Association, Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association and the Atlanta Apartment Association.
An elected Trustee of the Institute of Residential Marketing, Mitch also holds the MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) and CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designations from NAHB.
When he isn’t behind a computer, he enjoys participating in sports and coaching his kids’ teams. Mitch resides in Arlington Heights, Ill., a northwest suburb of Chicago, with his family, which includes two rambunctious labs.
