Free Listing Sites: Learn How to Use Them

October 28th, 2008 • By: Mitch seminars

There may be no such thing as a free lunch, but some things in life are free . . . including some Internet listing sites that only require your time. Learn how your sales agents can utilize free listings sites on the Internet as part of your overall Internet marketing program.

There may not be a fee to list your homes, but free home listing sites such as Zillow, Trulia and Realbird do require time and effort – time to find them, register on them, set up listings and use them effectively.

If your sales could use a boost, expand your Internet coverage by listing your properties with free services.

During a half-day seminar with your sales team and their laptops, mRELEVANCE Internet expert Bo Gilbert, MIRM will walk your agents through the steps of posting effective listings on free sites around cyberspace. Your sales team will leave the workshop as registered users on several sites, plus they will have posted some of their listings and have the knowledge to create user-friendly postings for additional properties.

• Creating a Call for Action
