mRELEVANCE provides several ways for our clients to request support. Please use the following forms to request services for existing and new accounts so that we may better serve your needs.

If you have a current project with MLC, please login to our client project website . If you do not know your password, you can have it emailed to you. In most cases, your username is your first intial and last name.
